Lewis Grizzard made writing about everyday life seem simple. His early life growing up in the small town of Moreland, Georgia gave him the springboard and inspiration for his writing. Winston Skinner, President of the Moreland Cultural Arts Alliance and retired editor of the Newnan Times Herald, will provide a look into Lewis Grizzard’s life that will include stories from those closest to him, photos and memorabilia from the museum, and excerpts from Lewis’ columns and books.If you have a green thumb, love gardening and are interested in volunteering, join the garden club!
