As the financial loss to scams was at an all-time high in 2020 and more scams were perpetrated online, yielding the highest loss, the Scam Tracker resource through the BBB can be of even more insight and use now to protect yourself. Anita Harris with the BBB discussed the most recent reports and provides tips for ways to look for red flags.
