Jim Scott takes in the tunes of the famous Bob Dylan song Blowing In the Wind that is said to have be an expression of oppressed and an answer to a question with no true easy answer. The song became so popular it soon became the Civil Rights and Anti-Vietnam War anthem of the 1960s.
