The physical benefits of exercise are well known, but what we don’t often acknowledge is the profound benefits that exercise can have on our mental health. Laura Milner with Piedmont Wellness Center joins us to discuss the ways that exercise can help with our mental health including reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression, building self-confidence, as well as the way that these improvements can positively impact our mind and body.
