Sugar is relatively new to our diets within the past one hundred years. Often times, we don’t realize how much sugar intake we have, with it added to almost all processed foods. Dietitian Mary Kay Rudd teaches us how to recognize sugar in our diets, how they compare to other ingredients, and the facts about sugar substitutes that can still treat our sweet tooth. A collection of sweet taming dessert recipes will be provided.
