Stretching is not just for exercise! Dr. Thad Poitevint, Physical Therapist with Tx: Team, discussed the benefits and importance of regular stretching that doesn’t have to do with exercise. Often times, stretching our bodies is associated with working out, but it has so many benefits outside of warming up or cooling down. He’ll also do a demonstration on stretch routines you can do at home to make your body feel better every day!
