A Time to Grieve Working Out the Knots

It’s never easy losing a loved one, and grief is something that we all will face. Bridgeway Hospice joins us to comfort us in a time of need. Grief is not something you’ll get over, but something you’ll learn to find a new normal through. It’s ok to not be ok. Learn ways to navigate through this time of grieving and what to expect as you enter a new phase of life while still honoring and loving those you’ve lost.It’s time to stretch it out! The benefits of stretching go much further than you can imagine. While it helps with flexibility, energy levels, and injury prevention, it also can play a major role in reducing tension in your body that causes aches and pains. Dr. Daniel Draper with First Step Physical Therapy demonstrated some stretches you can incorporate into your daily routine to help get rid of muscle knots, tension, tightness, and aches.
