FITNESS CLASSES

Under the direction of Dawn Davis, Health, Wellness and Programs Manager, we also offer a wide variety of affordable classes. These group fitness classes offer something for everyone and takes the drudgery out of exercise, making it fun to get fit.

All classes require pre-registration and fee payment, cash, check, or credit card, at Fayette Senior Services Life Enrichment Center. A FREE FITNESS ASSESSMENT & MEDICAL RELEASE FORM IS REQUIRED FOR FIRST-TIME STUDENTS. See Receptionist for details.

Tennis Anyone!
Mondays and Wednesdays

Tennis is one of the most popular games to play, not only for the fun but a great workout as well. If you would love to play tennis this is the class for you! The USTA has developed a new program called "Quick Start." Featuring a smaller court, foam balls, and lighter rackets, this program is great for everyone, regardless of fitness level. All classes are held indoors so weather is never a problem!
